Injection mold

GVF AB have at this stage 5 injection molding machines ranging in size from 60 to 210 tons.

In these machines, we produce parts with shot weights of between 1 gr and 400gr, i.e. small and medium sized components.

Most of the production is fully automated but short and occasional series where utility cost should not be too large, we also produce manually.

GVF AB tool injects most thermoplastics even some special plastics that are subject to very stringent requirements for strength, heat resistance, etc.

We also work with metal potting, IMD etc. and can also provide vacuum forming.
